Brain & Mind Institute is a Psychiatric Office and Community Mental Health Center located in the Downtown Orlando area. We are motivated to serve those of all ages who are experiencing a variety of mental health conditions.

Role Description

This is a PART-TIME role for a Mental Health Therapist at Brain & Mind Institute in Orlando, FL. This position is available as a on site, hybrid role, or fully remote. We are looking for a candidate who is able to provide services in both Spanish and English to meet the needs of our diverse cliental.

The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic services and interventions to individuals of all ages experiencing mental health conditions. Duties of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting assessments
  • Developing treatment plans
  • Providing counseling and therapy
  • Coordinating with other healthcare professionals

Qualifications

  • Active FLORIDA Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Treatment Planning, Case Management, and Social Work skills
  • Mental Health and Family Therapy experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience working with diverse populations and cultural sensitivity
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
