POSITION DETAILS

  • Location: Greenville, NC - must reside within 40 miles of North Carolina

  • Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid - 50% in-person supervision, 50% remote/telehealth

  • Caseload: 7-10 clients

  • Compensation: Starting at $100,000/year

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry a manageable caseload of 7-10 clients with dedicated time for assessments, programming, and supervision

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in ABA principles

  • Provide direct behavioral services in person (minimum 50% of supervision hours) and via telehealth

  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and support staff through structured in-person and remote coaching

  • Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated, client-centered care

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in CentralReach in compliance with HIPAA requirements

  • Participate in client intake and onboarding to ensure a thorough understanding of each individual's needs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current BCBA certification required

  • NC Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or ability to obtain

  • Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities

  • Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and evidence-based behavioral interventions

  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and treatment plan modification

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Commitment to ethical practice and HIPAA compliance

  • Must reside or be willing to relocate within 40 miles of North Carolina
