POSITION DETAILS
Location: Greenville, NC - must reside within 40 miles of North Carolina
Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid - 50% in-person supervision, 50% remote/telehealth
Caseload: 7-10 clients
Compensation: Starting at $100,000/year
RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry a manageable caseload of 7-10 clients with dedicated time for assessments, programming, and supervision
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in ABA principles
Provide direct behavioral services in person (minimum 50% of supervision hours) and via telehealth
Supervise and mentor RBTs and support staff through structured in-person and remote coaching
Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated, client-centered care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in CentralReach in compliance with HIPAA requirements
Participate in client intake and onboarding to ensure a thorough understanding of each individual's needs
QUALIFICATIONS
Current BCBA certification required
NC Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or ability to obtain
Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities
Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and evidence-based behavioral interventions
Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and treatment plan modification
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to ethical practice and HIPAA compliance
Must reside or be willing to relocate within 40 miles of North Carolina
