Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Massachusetts

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000/year + full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Summary:
Looking for an LICSW with experience in telehealth to join our team! This role will allow you to work remotely, helping clients from Massachusetts manage their mental health and well-being through virtual therapy sessions. Your skills will directly improve lives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client assessments and create personalized treatment strategies
• Provide therapeutic services via telehealth platforms
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines
• Document patient progress and revise treatment plans when necessary

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
• LICSW certification in Massachusetts
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in telehealth
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
