Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000/year + full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced LICSW to provide telehealth services to a diverse client base. As an integral member of our team, you will offer therapeutic support, assess client needs, and develop tailored care plans. Responsibilities:

Conduct remote assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
Provide individual therapy and crisis intervention sessions
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in accordance with regulations
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care
Stay current with clinical trends and best practices in telehealth

Requirements

Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
LICSW certification in Massachusetts
At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in telehealth
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
