Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000/year + full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Summary:
We're looking for a skilled LICSW to provide telehealth services, helping clients manage their mental health from the convenience of their homes. As part of our team, you'll support individuals in navigating life's challenges through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and create treatment plans for clients
• Provide ongoing therapy and mental health support via telehealth platforms
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans as necessary
• Offer guidance on coping strategies and problem-solving techniques
• Maintain a safe, confidential, and supportive telehealth environment

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
• LICSW certification in Massachusetts
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in telehealth
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
