Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000/year + full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced LICSW to provide telehealth services to a diverse client base. As an integral member of our team, you will offer therapeutic support, assess client needs, and develop tailored care plans. Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide individual therapy and crisis intervention sessions
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in accordance with regulations
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care
• Stay current with clinical trends and best practices in telehealth

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
• LICSW certification in Massachusetts
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in telehealth
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
