Hybrid - LICSW / First-Time Supervisors - Training Provided!

We are seeking a licensed LICSW to join our clinical team as a Clinical Supervisor / Therapist. This is a W2 employee position within our established psychiatric outpatient and telehealth practice. Our clinic proudly serves a diverse patient population, and we are actively credentialed with MassHealth, Medicaid, Medicare, and all major private insurance payers.

This role operates on a highly flexible hybrid schedule. You have the autonomy to choose one to two days per week to come into the office. The remainder of your schedule is completely remote. We actively work around your schedule, respecting your work-life balance and empowering you to provide clinical supervision and conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home. This is the ideal structure for startup families who need autonomy over their time while continuing to practice the work they love.

This position is uniquely structured to accommodate both seasoned and newly licensed LICSW professionals. If you have recently secured your LICSW license, we utilize a "Slow and Grow" training model, providing comprehensive, hands-on mentorship to build your competencies as a clinical supervisor. Furthermore, this role sets you up for long-term success: we prioritize internal mobility and consistently look to our Clinical Supervisors first when promoting into Clinical Director roles across our locations.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Manageable Clinical Caseload: Retain a curated, low-volume roster of psychotherapy 7-8 clients. This hybrid structure guarantees you remain clinically active as a therapist without the burnout associated with traditional high-volume therapy quotas.
• Clinical Supervision of Associates: Conduct weekly, structured supervision for pre-licensed mental health professionals. We provide dedicated mentorship to newer LICSW practitioners, training you to effectively guide associates through case formulation and clinical skill acquisition.

Candidate Qualifications

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted LICSW license in the State of Massachusetts (Required).
• Education: Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited academic institution.

Interview Process

Our evaluation process is direct, transparent, and respectful of your professional schedule:

• An initial 30-minute phone screen with our internal team to review your clinical background, LICSW experience, and alignment with our supervisory training program.
• An in-person meeting with our Clinical Director. This step includes a comprehensive walkthrough of the clinic and a detailed discussion regarding your manageable therapy caseload, the specific associates you will supervise, and hybrid scheduling logistics.
