We’re placing a BCBA Program Director for a brand-new ABA program inside a fully integrated pediatric therapy center in Edison, NJ — and this role is genuinely different.

✔ Manageable caseload: 8–12 clients

What you’ll earn:

$100K–$110K base salary

Sign-on bonus + monthly & billable incentives
