Adult Group Homes Residential Counselor - Per Diem

Position Title: Residential Counselor (Job ID: 9000)
Position Type: Per Diem; Hours as Needed (Overnights required as needed)

Salary: $17.00 Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision to consumers residing in an adult group home
• Provide transportation, recreational activities, direction with daily living skills to increase independence
• Provide case management services

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related discipline OR
• A registered nurse with combination of one or more years of college plus education and experience equal to four years OR
• An LPN plus two years of related experience OR
• A high school diploma or the equivalent, plus four years of related work or life experience. Valid Driver's License with less than 6 points.
• Overnights required as needed
