Intake Coordinator

First Home Healthcare is a locally owned agency that has been in business for over 10 years. We are a 4.5 star agency and we are currently looking for a reliable. Must be professional. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:

• Intake referral specialist
• Maintains confidentiality regarding all agency records
• Performs basic office duties
• Maintains office filling systems requested
• Files all documents appropriately
• Collaborates with QA nurses & RN to ensure that nurses' notes are completed and properly documented
• Answers telephones and relays messages appropriately as required
• Responsible for copying documents as requested
• Will assist QA nurses & RN with variance reports and quarterly QA/PI reports as required
• General typing and correspondence as requested
• Organizes files
• Organizes and adequately stores inactive records as required
• Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications:

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Knowledge of and willingness to learn basic office procedures and use of equipment
• Willing to learn basic skills required for specific duties
