Already an RBT? Great! We are actively hiring registered technicians who care about their work.
Not registered yet? We do provide paid training, but openings for non-registered candidates are limited and dependent on current staffing needs.

What You’ll Do

• Work 1:1 with children using play-based ABA therapy
• Follow treatment plans created by our BCBAs
• Track progress and collect session data
• Support daily living skills (communication, transitions, independence)
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
• Help make therapy engaging, structured, and meaningful

What We’re Looking For

• Enjoy working with children
• Able to pass a thorough background check
• Strong timeliness, responsibility, and dependability for the sake of our clients and staff
• Consistent attendance and readiness to support scheduled clients
• Positive attitude and willingness to stay active and engaged with clients throughout sessions
• Ability to follow structured treatment plans and document accurately
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain (training provided; limited trainee openings)

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
