Already an RBT? Great! We are actively hiring registered technicians who care about their work.
Not registered yet? We do provide paid training, but openings for non-registered candidates are limited and dependent on current staffing needs.
What You’ll Do
- Work 1:1 with children using play-based ABA therapy
- Follow treatment plans created by our BCBAs
- Track progress and collect session data
- Support daily living skills (communication, transitions, independence)
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
- Help make therapy engaging, structured, and meaningful
What We’re Looking For
- Enjoy working with children
- Able to pass a thorough background check
- Strong timeliness, responsibility, and dependability for the sake of our clients and staff
- Consistent attendance and readiness to support scheduled clients
- Positive attitude and willingness to stay active and engaged with clients throughout sessions
- Ability to follow structured treatment plans and document accurately
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain (training provided; limited trainee openings)
