Female RBT (Registered Behavior Technician)

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions at the client’s home
• Implement treatment plans designed by the BCBA
• Track and record session data accurately
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills
• Maintain professional and positive interaction with the family
• Follow all ethical and clinical guidelines

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (preferred)
• Prior experience working with children with autism preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and follow treatment plans
