- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions at the client’s home
- Implement treatment plans designed by the BCBA
- Track and record session data accurately
- Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills
- Maintain professional and positive interaction with the family
- Follow all ethical and clinical guidelines
Requirements
- Active RBT certification (preferred)
- Prior experience working with children with autism preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and follow treatment plans
