About the Role

This is a hybrid position (in-person + telehealth) for a fully licensed clinician who wants to:

• Focus on clinical excellence—not admin tasks
• Work with motivated clients seeking real change
• Be part of a collaborative, growth-focused team

Responsibilities

• Steady referrals
• Insurance credentialing & billing support
• Administrative and intake coordination
• Furnished office + telehealth setup

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Texas (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Experience working with adults and/or couples
• Strong clinical judgment and relational skills
• Desire to be part of a team-oriented private practice

Required Skills

• Trauma work (EMDR, IFS, somatic approaches)
• Couples therapy (Gottman Method, EFT, relational work)
• Depth-oriented therapy and long-term healing work

Pay range and compensation package

Choose the structure that fits your goals:

• 60/40 split (clinician receives 60%)

Estimated annual earnings range from $76,500 to $103,500+, depending on caseload.
