LCSW-C, LCPC, LGPC, LMSW, and MFT

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified mental health professional to fulfill the role of Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), LCSW or Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical counseling, psychotherapy, and behavioral health, with a passion for providing comprehensive mental health services across diverse populations. This role involves delivering patient-centered care through individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote mental wellness and resilience. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent clinical judgment, cultural competence, and a commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality.

Duties

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral therapy.
• Implement specialized interventions for clients with spectrum disorder, PTSD, addiction issues, or geriatrics.
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to foster client engagement and facilitate behavior change.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards within electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, social workers, educators, and community agencies to coordinate patient care.
• Engage in crisis intervention and crisis management to ensure immediate safety and stabilization of clients experiencing acute mental health episodes.
• Stay current with developments in psychopharmacology, ICD coding systems (ICD-9/10), CPT coding, and other relevant medical coding standards.
• Provide culturally sensitive Christian counseling when appropriate, respecting diverse spiritual backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LGPC, LMSW, or MFT with active certification from an accredited licensing board.
• Proven experience in psychotherapy, behavioral health treatment modalities, and patient care within hospital or community settings.
• Strong working knowledge of medical records management, HIPAA compliance, ICD-9/10/ICD coding systems, CPT coding for billing purposes.
• Demonstrated expertise in working with children, adolescents, adults.
• Skills in crisis management, case management, diagnostic evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
