We are hiring a full-time BCBA for the Voorhees area who can work in both center-base and in-home settings.

Asst. Clinical Director will assist & oversee all center-based cases.

Direct Supervision hours are between Monday-Friday: 8:00am-7:00pm.

This coming summer will consist of mostly center-based sessions within the hours of typically 8am-5pm.

Treatment Planning hours included and are done when not actively in session. This involves developing behavior plans for the case.

We are approved ACE providers and we provide free training for all employed BCBA's. Our trainings count toward CEU hours!

Opportunity for additional cases possible.

Qualifications:

Board certification (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Position Summary:

The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervises and oversees all activities associated with the development and implementation of behaviorally-based skills assessment and the implementation and monitoring of measurable goals.

Oversee all aspects of the development and implementation of Behavior Plans; this includes functional behavior assessment/analysis, preference assessments and treatment evaluations.
Engage in ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming.
Identify training needs of program staff members and develop and conduct those trainings to ensure the ongoing knowledge and ability to effectively implement behavior plans.
Conduct team screening evaluations and intake assessments.
Provide supervision and training for ABA therapists
Provide family training for parents
