LSW/LPC - Mental Health

Licensed Social Worker or Counselor

We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Social Worker (LSW),Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our team at a respected outpatient behavioral health organization in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients with a wide range of behavioral health needs.

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.

• Adhere to all ethical guidelines, state regulations, and CARF standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must hold a current and valid LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC license in the state of Ohio.

• Experience in an outpatient behavioral health setting is preferred.

• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
