The Role
This is not a management position. No caseload growth quotas, no excessive supervision demands, and no administrative overload. This role is designed for a BCBA who genuinely enjoys clinical work and wants to stay focused on direct client care in the Arlington/Northern Virginia area.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to assigned clients
• Develop, write, and update treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and track client progress
• Collaborate with families and EzCare’s operations team

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Virginia Medicaid provider enrollment (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable providing in-person services (hybrid may be considered case-by-case)
• A clinician who prefers hands-on work over management responsibilities
