Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. In this vital role, you will develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans to support children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. You will also complete initial assessments and provide supervision to a group of RBT's. Your expertise will help improve quality of life through evidence-based practices rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA). You will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and positive outcomes. Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify individual needs and strengths
  • Develop, implement, and monitor personalized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles
  • Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and inform treatment adjustments
  • Provide training and supervision to behavioral therapists, caregivers, and family members on behavioral therapy techniques
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
  • Perform patient intake assessments and coordinate services within a multidisciplinary team setting
  • Educate families on strategies for managing behaviors and supporting skill development in natural environments
  • Maintain professional knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and best practices in behavioral health

Experience

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder
  • Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, and patient assessment methods
  • Experience with data collection tools, progress tracking, and documentation in medical records systems
  • Familiarity with special education practices and working within behavioral health settings
  • Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines related to patient privacy and confidentiality
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to families, caregivers, and team members
