Position Overview

Autastic ABA Therapy is seeking skilled, values-driven BCBAs to join our growing team across Maryland.

Whether your preference is clinic, in-home, or hybrid service delivery, we offer flexible opportunities designed to support your clinical style and professional goals.

This is a hybrid position with approximately 75% remote work, with 25% of supervision and parent training conducted in person in Maryland/DC, typically completed through planned monthly scheduling.

We are currently offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus for this position, with payout tied to retention milestones to support continuity of care for clients. Full details will be reviewed during the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required
• Maryland LBA preferred or ability to obtain
• Experience supervising RBTs and managing caseloads
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

Compensation & Bonus

• Salary starting at $105,000 per year
• $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Weekly Bonus eligibility begins after 30 billable hours per week-$100 per hour for all billable hours above 30 each week
