Pay: $24–$30 per hour

Bright Builders ABA is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one, home-based ABA services in Cockeysville, MD The RBT will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior plans designed by the BCBA
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home
• Communicate professionally with families and team members

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification (required)
• ABA experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
