RBT - Registered Behavior Technician - $22/hour

First Coast Autism is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and community settings throughout Flagler County, mainly in Palm Coast public schools and homes.

We are a local, clinician-focused agency that prioritizes support, realistic caseloads, and strong supervision—so our RBTs can do their best work without burnout!

Position Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential through the BACB
• If you are not yet an RBT, but you have completed the 40-hour course, that's okay. Go ahead and apply! (If you have not completed the course but are interested, please apply to our other listing, "New Career in Behavioral Healthcare" on Indeed). NOTE--brand new RBT's start at $21 per hour.
• Reliable transportation within Flagler County
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with your BCBA and admin team
