RejuvenX is seeking a Float Chiropractic Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator (CA/PCC) to support our Sarasota and Bradenton clinics. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, patient-focused, and comfortable balancing both front office coordination and hands-on clinical support in a fast-paced chiropractic setting.
At RejuvenX, the CA/PCC plays a key role in both the patient experience and the day-to-day flow of the clinic. This person helps keep the front office running smoothly while also supporting providers with intake, patient flow, documentation, and treatment support. The right fit for this role is someone who is warm, adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident moving between clinical and administrative responsibilities throughout the day.
Important: This is not a full-time travel role. The selected candidate will be supporting SRQ/BDT, with a primary home clinic and additional coverage at the other location as needed.
We are specifically looking for someone with direct chiropractic office experience who is comfortable working in a high-volume, patient-facing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Front Office / PCC Support
- Greet and check patients in and out in a warm, professional manner
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments while helping optimize provider schedules
- Answer phones, respond to messages, and route calls appropriately
- Communicate clearly with patients about follow-up visits, next steps, and general expectations for care
- Verify insurance and financial information as needed and collect patient payments
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk, waiting area, and shared workspaces
Clinical / CA Support
- Support patient intake, medical history collection, and documentation
- Room patients and help guide patient flow between front desk and treatment areas
- Assist providers with re-exams, treatment flow, and patient-facing clinical support
- Help reinforce provider instructions and treatment plans during visits
- Maintain clean and organized treatment areas
- Monitor and maintain clinic and patient-facing supplies; flag reorder needs as needed
Float Support
- Primarily work from one home clinic, with support at the second location as needed
- Step in where needed to support patient volume, staffing coverage, and overall clinic flow
- Adapt quickly to different providers, teams, and daily clinic needs

- Able to move with urgency while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Comfortable balancing both Chiropractic Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator responsibilities
- Comfortable floating between Sarasota and Bradenton based on business need
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of experience in a chiropractic office required
- Prior experience as a Chiropractic Assistant, Patient Care Coordinator, or blended CA/PCC role strongly preferred
- Experience with patient intake, scheduling, phones, treatment flow, and chiropractic front office operations strongly preferred
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred
