Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Olive Branch ABA | Austin, Texas

At Olive Branch ABA, we believe that when our team thrives, our clients thrive. We deliver personalized and compassionate ABA therapy that builds on each child's unique strengths — and we build the kind of team that makes that possible every day.

From your very first day, you'll feel the warmth of a workplace that was intentionally built to support the people doing this meaningful work.

What you'll do:

  • Implement individualized ABA programs 1:1 with children and young adults on the autism spectrum

  • Collect and document session data accurately

  • Build genuine, trusting relationships with clients and families

  • Collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA

What we offer:

  • Competitive pay commensurate with experience

  • Paid RBT certification support for new team members

  • Paid supervised fieldwork hours toward BCBA requirements

  • Flexible scheduling — mornings, afternoons, and evenings available

  • Health benefits for full-time staff

  • Ongoing CEU and professional development

  • A leadership team that is genuinely accessible and invested in your success

What we're looking for:

  • Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain — we'll support you)

  • Reliable transportation and a valid TX driver's license

  • A genuine passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum

  • Patience, heart, and consistency

Small steps lead to big milestones — for our clients, and for every member of our team. If that resonates with you, we'd love to meet you.
