Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Austin, TX

We are seeking One full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Austin, TX.

Our organization is dedicated to providing high-quality ABA services to children and families while fostering a supportive, collaborative environment for our clinical staff. We welcome local candidates as well as relocation applicants from across Texas who are passionate about making a meaningful impact through evidence-based behavioral therapy.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
  • Competitive Salary: Best-in-market compensation
  • Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to $1,000/month ($12,000 annually)

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required
  • LBA certification or eligibility preferred
  • Minimum 3 years BCBA experience (5+ years preferred)
  • Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and junior clinicians
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
