Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Ingenia Behavioral Health is seeking an individuals who desire to be registered behavior therapists (RBT) to join the team. We serve families in the surrounding community with children between the ages of 2-18 years old in the clinical setting. We seek individual(s) who are professional, confident, and willing to learn to implement individualized programs under the supervision of a BCBA.

• Direct clinical care with ongoing supervision. A BCBA will be present to actively assist you, provide mentorship, and provide supervision in excess of the BACB required supervision times.
• Tiered service to clients based on experience. You will not immediately be assigned to a client without observation conducted by the BCBA.
• Collaborative work environment where suggestions are implemented to better the facility and services provided.
• Direct and indirect pay with clients. Whether you are with a client or there is a cancellation, we compensate for the time that you are in the clinic.
• Paid supervision for field hours.
• Flexible schedule

Requirements:

• CPR certification.
• Criminal Background Check.
• Ability to collect data electronically and with paper while conducting sessions.
• Skilled in working in 1:1 setting.
• Punctual and reliable with clients and staff.
• Professional with clients and staff.
• A willingness to learn and expand.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
