Elementary School Counselor

Rosebud-Lott ISD is seeking a caring, student-centered professional to serve as our Elementary School Counselor. We are looking for someone who has a heart for young students and a passion for supporting their academic, social, and emotional growth during these important foundational years.The Elementary Counselor will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive campus environment where every child feels valued and encouraged. This includes providing guidance lessons, supporting positive behavior, and helping students develop essential skills such as problem-solving, self-regulation, and healthy peer relationships. The ideal candidate will be approachable, patient, and proactive in meeting the diverse needs of students.In addition, the Counselor will work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success, address concerns early, and connect students with appropriate resources when needed.

This role is essential in fostering a positive school culture where students are able to grow with confidence both in and out of the classroom.
