Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time, In-Clinic

Location: Ocean Springs, MS
Pay: $80,000/year (salary; hourly if minimum billables not met)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM

About the Role:
Best Life ABA is hiring a full-time, in-clinic BCBA. This is a great opportunity for a BCBA who wants to make a difference for children and families in a supportive, clinic-based setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise clients and RBTs per BACB, HIPAA, and payer requirements
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide parent education
• Communicate with families about treatment progress
• Support daily clinic operations and staff
• Submit all session data in a timely manner
• Attend staff meetings and occasional outreach events

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification
• Eligible for Mississippi licensure
• Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills
• Able to pass a background check

Expectations & Benefits:

• Full-time, in-clinic (40 hours/week)
• Minimum 25 billable hours/week
• Timely documentation (within 48 hours)
• $80,000/year salary (hourly if minimum billables not met)
• Quarterly bonuses available based on performance
