Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Overview
We have a terrific contract opportunity with one of our Dover MA school district partners for the 26/27 school year. This is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will support students with behavioral needs through assessment, intervention planning, and staff training. The role requires an active certification by the BAC Board and 3+ years in a public school setting.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure student progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
• Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff to ensure fidelity of interventions
• Collaborate with families and the district team to coordinate to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Participate in intake assessments and patient evaluations to determine appropriate treatment pathways

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA) methods
• Proven experience working with children with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder
• Strong data collection skills for tracking behavioral progress and treatment efficacy
• Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical documentation standards
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team in school setting.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with families and team members
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
