Schedule: part-time

Starting pay is $65.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Designing care plans that are rooted in unique strengths, interests and need
• Supporting caregivers with compassionate coaching.
• Shaping meaningful outcomes through evidence-based practice
• Training, supporting and mentoring ABA staff in a collaborative, empowering approach
• Clear, concise, and objective documentation reflecting the quality of care provided

• 3+ years’ experience as a BCBA/LABA
• A BCBA who believes that goals should serve the person, not the program.
