We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team in North Carolina. This is a part-time opportunity (15–25 hours per week) designed for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, and high-quality care.

Our focus is simple: provide strong clinical support, maintain manageable caseloads, and create an environment where BCBAs can do their best work without unnecessary stress or micromanagement.

You’ll work closely with a well-supported team of RBTs, conduct assessments, guide treatment planning, and help drive meaningful progress for clients and families.

This role is ideal for a BCBA who is looking for a flexible, professional setting with the opportunity to grow alongside a fast-moving and well-organized team.

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
  • Implement evidence-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and maximize outcomes.
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff on intervention strategies, data collection methods, and ethical practices.
  • Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, and HIPAA-compliant patient files in accordance with legal standards.
  • Participate in intake assessments, patient care planning, and ongoing evaluation to ensure comprehensive support for individuals with disabilities.

  • Expertise in behavioral therapy techniques grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform treatment decisions.
  • Knowledge of special education principles and best practices for working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Ability to perform patient assessments, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and healthcare providers. Join us in transforming lives through compassionate care, innovative strategies, and dedicated teamwork! We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where your expertise makes a real difference every day.
