NeuroBloom Autism and Pediatrics Solutions is a growing, community-based pediatric support company serving children and families across Georgia.
We specialize in ABA-informed services, parent coaching, and real-time support in homes, daycares, churches, and community settings.
Our mission is simple but powerful:
Support the child by equipping every adult around them.
We are now expanding into insurance-based ABA services and are seeking a Founding BCBA to help us build, lead, and shape our clinical program from the ground up.
Position Overview
This is not just a BCBA role — this is a founding leadership opportunity.
As our Founding BCBA, you will play a critical role in:
- Launching ABA services
- Guiding credentialing readiness
- Building clinical systems and culture
- Leading future growth into a full clinic model
You will work closely with leadership to ensure services are ethical, high-quality, and impactful for families.
Credentialing Timeline
We are currently in the process of becoming an in-network provider (estimated ~90–120 days).
During this phase, you will:
- Assist with clinical setup and readiness
- Support intake planning and program development
- Help establish documentation standards and workflows
Full caseload begins post-credentialing approval.
Compensation
- Salary: $105,000 – $115,000 per year
- $25,000 Launch Bonus (paid once insurance reimbursements begin; structured payout options available)
- Growth into Clinical Director-level leadership
Schedule & Work Model
- Full-Time (40 hours/week)
- Approximately 25 billable hours/week (post-credentialing)
- Hybrid:
- In-home & community-based sessions
- Daycare/school observations
- Remote for documentation & meetings
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and train RBTs
- Provide parent training and support
- Monitor client progress through data analysis
- Collaborate with families and community partners
- Maintain ethical and compliant documentation standards
- Contribute to building NeuroBloom’s clinical systems, training materials, and culture

Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Eligible to practice in the state of Georgia (or willing to obtain)
- Experience with early intervention and/or pediatric populations preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Passion for building and growing something meaningful
Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
