Responsibilities

Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under direct BCBA supervision in K–12 school settingsCollect accurate data on client behavior, skill acquisition, and progress toward IEP goalsUse DTT, NET, and other evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, and adaptive skillsSupport students with challenging behaviors using behavior intervention plans (BIPs)Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and familiesMaintain professional, ethical conduct aligned with the BACB RBT Ethics Code

Requirements

RBT certification or ability to obtain within 90 days. High school diploma; Pass fingerprint/background clearance for school access. Reliable transportation to assigned school sites.Experience with children with autism or IDD preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

  • McDonough, GA 30253 (Preferred)
