Enrollment Counselor
The role of the Enrollment Counselor (EC) is to ensure the Admissions & Enrollment department serves prospective and current Landmark families in a Christ-like manner by addressing and/or facilitating the resolution of expressed needs/issues that impact their Admissions process and/or Enrollment status. He/She reports directly to the Director of Admissions & Enrollment.

- Provide exceptional overall office experience to all who come in contact with our office

- Conduct “check-in” calls and “1-on-1 connection experiences” with current families and
- Serve as “customer service” contact for questions/concerns regarding admissions
enrollment and serve as the primary liaison between the Admissions & Enrollment department
and Business Office
- Support processing and Phase 1 review of admission applications for Financial Aid, and ensure applicants are added to the drip campaign and advised of items missing to complete file review.
- Manage “customer service” escalation concerns/questions of new and existing families
- Facilitate the acclimation and onboarding of new students/families to Landmark
- Support/Participate in Admissions & Enrollment activities (e.g., 1-on-1 tours, Campus Tour Days) and strategic school events that support prospective, applying, and new Landmark families
- Support the Director of Admissions in attending recruiting/community outreach events

- Proficient in Google Suite (docs, sheets, slides, forms) and the internet
- Tactical problem-solver
- Highly organized and conscientious regarding his/her work
