Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (in office)
On-Call Rotation: Approximately once per month

What You’ll DoThink of yourself as the “air traffic controller” of care; Balancing client needs with caregiver availability while keeping everything running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage schedules for both clients and caregivers
Handle day-to-day scheduling changes such as call-offs, shift adjustments, and coverage needs
Manage larger scheduling matters including PTO requests and long-term schedule planning
Process and manage caregiver payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Track and administer PTO requests and balances
Assist with budget oversight, including monitoring hours, overtime, and scheduling efficiency
Partner closely with Case Managers to ensure all client shifts are fully staffed
Monitor caregiver hours to support schedule consistency and goals
Communicate clearly and professionally with caregivers and clients regarding schedule updates
Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and find timely, effective solutions
Maintain accurate scheduling records within office software systems

What We’re Looking ForThis role is perfect for someone who can stay calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and juggle multiple priorities with confidence.Qualifications:

Previous scheduling, administrative, or office coordination experience required
Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, etc.)
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
