We are seeking a Licensed Counselor (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or LSOTP) for a full-time position with a starting salary of $75,000, commensurate with experience and licensure.
Our facility is a 48-bed residential treatment center for young men aged 12-19, offering a structured environment focused on therapeutic interventions, milieu therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to promote positive behavior, self-esteem, accountability, and social skills.
Applicants must have a master’s degree in Counseling or a related field, hold Illinois licensure, and preferably have juvenile counseling experience. Strong technology skills are required.
