Licensed Counselor, LCSW, LPC, LCPC or LSOTP

We are seeking a Licensed Counselor (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or LSOTP) for a full-time position with a starting salary of $75,000, commensurate with experience and licensure.

• Provide therapeutic services in a high-end, 48-bed residential facility for youth aged 12-19.
• Utilize milieu therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to promote positive behavior, self-esteem, accountability, and social skills.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, youth, families, and community partners to deliver comprehensive treatment.
• Require a 4-year degree, master’s in counseling or related field, and valid Illinois licensure.
• Experience in juvenile counseling preferred; strong technology skills necessary.
