- Starting salary is $75,000, commensurate with experience and licensure.

- The role reports to the Clinical Director and COO.
- Responsibilities involve providing therapeutic treatment within a structured milieu, utilizing CBT and other evidence-based practices to promote positive behavior, self-esteem, accountability, and social skills.
- Requirements include a master’s degree in counseling or related field, licensure in Illinois, relevant experience, and strong technology skills.
