Licensed Counselor, LCSW, LPC, LCPC or LSOTP

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Counselor (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or LSOTP) for a 48-bed residential facility serving youth aged 12-19.

• Starting salary is $70,000 for fully licensed counselors, with potential to increase based on experience and licensure.

• The role involves providing intensive therapeutic treatment using milieu therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to promote positive behavior, self-esteem, accountability, and social skills.
• Qualifications include a master's degree in counseling or related field, Illinois licensure, and experience in juvenile counseling preferred. Technology proficiency is required.
