Licensed Counselor, LCSW, LPC, LCPC or LSOTP

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Counselor (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or LSOTP) to join our residential facility for youth aged 12-19.

• Starting salary is $70,000 for fully licensed counselors, with compensation based on experience and licensure; benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
• The facility offers a 48-bed, 24-hour therapeutic environment focused on milieu therapy and CBT to promote positive behavior, self-esteem, accountability, and social skills.
• Qualifications include a 4-year degree, master’s in counseling or related field, Illinois licensure, and preferably juvenile counseling experience. Strong technology skills and professional references are required.
