A full-time opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to support high school students in a dynamic educational setting. This contract position spans from January through the end of the school year, offering 37.5 hours per week of engaging work within the school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate student needs and support academic, social, and emotional development.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
- Provide consultation and counseling services to students and staff.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Assist in crisis intervention and promote a positive school climate.
Qualifications:
- Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working with high school-aged students preferred.
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
