We’re counting down to the grand opening of our brand-new, state-of-the-art Advanced Surgical Associates location in Concord – and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and detail-loving Scheduling Coordinator to help launch this practice with energy and excellence!

As an elite oral surgery practice, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care and concierge-level service to our referring doctors. If you love providing a warm, welcoming experience, thrive in a fast-paced medical environment, and want to help build something new from the ground up, this is an exciting opportunity to join our team at just the right moment.

Previous oral surgery experience is a plus, but your personality, professionalism, and commitment to outstanding patient care matter most.

⭐ What You’ll Do (Role & Responsibilities)

As our Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment patients first connect with us. You will:

  • Provide concierge-level service in person, by phone, and via digital communication
  • Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones promptly and cheerfully
  • Schedule appointments to maximize patient satisfaction and provider efficiency
  • Prepare daily schedules and organize patient charts
  • Maintain smooth patient flow and minimize wait times
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
  • Build strong working relationships with referring offices
  • Handle patient financial responsibility with accuracy and compassion
  • Uphold HIPAA and confidentiality standards
  • Support the team with additional duties as needed

???? Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of customer service experience required

???? Skills & Abilities

  • Understanding of dental terminology (preferred)
  • Friendly, trusted, and polished communication style
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with administrative tasks (typing, filing, etc.)
  • A team-first mindset and a passion for patient care
