Scheduling Coordinator – Dental/Oral Surgery

We’re counting down to the grand opening of our brand-new, state-of-the-art Advanced Surgical Associates location in Concord – and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and detail-loving Scheduling Coordinator to help launch this practice with energy and excellence!

As an elite oral surgery practice, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care and concierge-level service to our referring doctors. If you love providing a warm, welcoming experience, thrive in a fast-paced medical environment, and want to help build something new from the ground up, this is an exciting opportunity to join our team at just the right moment.

Previous oral surgery experience is a plus, but your personality, professionalism, and commitment to outstanding patient care matter most.

⭐ What You’ll Do (Role & Responsibilities)

As our Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment patients first connect with us. You will:

Provide concierge-level service in person, by phone, and via digital communicationWelcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalismAnswer phones promptly and cheerfullySchedule appointments to maximize patient satisfaction and provider efficiencyPrepare daily schedules and organize patient chartsMaintain smooth patient flow and minimize wait timesKeep the reception area clean, organized, and invitingBuild strong working relationships with referring officesHandle patient financial responsibility with accuracy and compassionUphold HIPAA and confidentiality standardsSupport the team with additional duties as needed???? Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent requiredAt least one year of customer service experience required???? Skills & Abilities

Understanding of dental terminology (preferred)Friendly, trusted, and polished communication styleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable with administrative tasks (typing, filing, etc.)A team-first mindset and a passion for patient care???? Core Benefits & Wellness
