  • AM Shift: +$2.00/hour (Saturday & Sunday)
  • PM Shift: +$5.00/hour (Monday–Friday) | +$7.00/hour (Saturday & Sunday)

Job Responsibilities:

As a LPN or RN, you will:

 

???? Deliver Compassionate Care – Gather data, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care needs of residents.
???? Document Accurately – Chart observations and nursing interventions clearly, concisely, and in a timely manner.
????‍⚕️ Lead CNAs – Assign CNA duties based on resident needs and staffing levels to ensure consistent care.
???? Manage Care Loads – Maintain a specified level of care for a caseload of 14 to 65 residents, depending on assignment.

 

Qualifications:

✔ Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
✔ Valid State of Wisconsin (or equivalent) LPN license or RN license.
✔ Current CPR certification.
✔ 6 months to 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
