As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at River Rock Academy, you will provide behavioral expertise and guidance that helps students grow in independence and self-regulation. You’ll develop data-driven behavior support plans, train staff, and collaborate with school teams to promote meaningful progress.
What You’ll Need
- Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
- Master’s degree in psychology, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
- Experience supporting students with behavioral or developmental challenges
- Strong data analysis and collaboration skills
- Ability to coach, train, and support multidisciplinary staff
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop Positive Behavior Support Plans
- Analyze behavior data to evaluate and refine interventions
- Lead staff training on ABA principles and crisis intervention techniques
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings
- Collaborate with families, educators, and service providers to promote student growth
