We are currently looking to hire Registered Behavior Technicians in Abington, PA. We have multiple RBT positions in Schools and Education sites. The ideal candidate must possess previous experience as a Behavior Technician with kids. Behavior Technicians need to work with students of elementary and early intervention on-site and help students with the daily routines.

Qualifications Required: Associate degree or Bachelor's Degree

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA or Behavior Consultant
  • Provide 1:1 support to children with ASD in a structured clinic setting
  • Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure consistent care
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging therapeutic environment
  • Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior
