Patient Care Coordinator- Check-Out (Davis Highway)

The Woodlands Medical Specialists in Pensacola is looking for a full-time Medical Office Check-Out for the Urology department at the Davis Highway location to provide excellent care to patients visiting this growing practice.

Job Responsibilities:

• Smile and greet patients with an enthusiastic “How can I help you today?” attitude upon arrival
• Check patients in for their appropriate appointment in multiple systems
• Provide patients with appropriate intake, new patient, and/or questionnaire forms
• Process payments for office visits
• Communicate directly and professionally with other departments as needed
• Provide the patient with support and guidance as needed
• Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED (required)
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent customer service skills (required)
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with interruptions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:

• For this position, you will be paid starting at $16/hour depending on experience
• A schedule of Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
• Potential to showcase what you can do and possibly earn a position within the company after working 600 hours with Landrum
