About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring high-quality ABA services in accordance with BACB, Florida Medicaid, and insurance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP, functional assessments)
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs (minimum 5% monthly supervision requirement)
- Analyze data and adjust treatment plans based on client progress
- Conduct caregiver training (CPT 97156) and supervise parent training programs
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner (within 48 hours)
- Ensure compliance with Behavior Analyst Certification Board standards and payer requirements ( Sunshine Health, Florida Blue/Lucet)
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration (schools, physicians, caregivers)
- Support intake, reassessments, and authorization processes
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethical practices
- Experience with data collection systems (Office Puzzles)
Preferred Skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with Medicaid and commercial insurance documentation
- Strong leadership and supervision skills

Qualifications
