Location:

Jacksonville, FL (Clinic, Home, School, and Telehealth settings)

Employment Type:

Full-Time / Part-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring high-quality ABA services in accordance with BACB, Florida Medicaid, and insurance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP, functional assessments)
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs (minimum 5% monthly supervision requirement)
  • Analyze data and adjust treatment plans based on client progress
  • Conduct caregiver training (CPT 97156) and supervise parent training programs
  • Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner (within 48 hours)
  • Ensure compliance with Behavior Analyst Certification Board standards and payer requirements ( Sunshine Health, Florida Blue/Lucet)
  • Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration (schools, physicians, caregivers)
  • Support intake, reassessments, and authorization processes

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethical practices
  • Experience with data collection systems (Office Puzzles)

Preferred Skills

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience with Medicaid and commercial insurance documentation
  • Strong leadership and supervision skills
