Advanced Behavioral Health Analysis is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. You will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, ensuring positive outcomes through evidence-based practices.

Advanced Behavioral Health Analysis provides clinic and school-based ABA services in the Florida Panhandle, including our partnership with Advanced Sacred Hope Academy in Fort Walton Beach. Our approach is rooted in compassionate, play-based therapy (Active Play Therapy), with a strong focus on communication, social development, and meaningful behavior change.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized intervention strategies
- Design and oversee implementation of treatment plans based on ABA principles
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Provide direct and supervisory services in accordance with ethical and clinical standards
- Supervise and support RBTs/BTs, ensuring quality and consistency of care
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to promote generalization across settings
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with HIPAA and payer requirements
- Participate in intake assessments and ongoing care planning
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification (or eligible for certification)
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and treatment planning
- Experience with data collection, analysis, and clinical documentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to conduct assessments and oversee clinical programming independently
